In canon, Raquel only appeared in one episode. Even so, she is one of White Collar's most memorable guest characters. In my stories, she was first included in The Mirror. She made an encore appearance in A Witch in Venice. Raquel is also a character in Arkham Files where she is known as Raquel Dubois. More recently, Raquel was in Set in Amber where she asked Neal to help rescue Alex the week. In Destination Africa, we'll catch up with both her and Alex.
Emily's history is much sadder. In canon, Sara confided to Neal that her older sister ran away from home as a teenager and hadn't been heard from since. The thread was left dangling at the end of the episode and never picked up. I fleshed out her bio in The Dreamer. Sara learned what happened to Emily in The Silver Giraffe, but her big sister still has a few additional secrets to reveal in this story.
